Hi I am looking at investing some btc into krypton and would like to know what is a good amount of krypton coins to start off with? thanks in advance and I am looking forward to joining this krypton community.
Welcome to the KR community and if you want to start out staking KR I would suggest you start with around 3,000 to 5,000 KR coins as this should earn you some nice staking rewards each day. It will also depend on whether you are going to be staking 24/7 or just a few hours a day but still the amount I suggested should earn you some KR. Good luck!

Just noticed a big jump in network weight at over 1000000, it's the first time I have seen Krypton's network weight go over 1 million. It's good to see more people starting to stake KR and now I'll need to get some more to compete with the network to bring down my estimate time to earn some KR.
Why should ppl invest into a coin where the dev demonstrate how legit and competent she is due promoting scam-sites ?
I'm not saying for people to invest in KR, I'm saying that more people seem to be staking KR now due to the high network weight compared to last week. Not sure if it's new investor's or old investor's who took their coins off the exchanges to start staking. As I said I agree that KR should not be associated with a scam site but that's not my place to say what or what not the dev should do. Anyway time will tell if KR is what people think it is but for me I will continue to stake and wait and see.

Covertress never thought you will be unable to judge this one, it is just scam how they gonna multiply your KR in 100 hours? They are scam hybrid doubler accepting multiple crypto.
Yeah I'm not sure that KR being associated with this site is a good idea as it is most likely a scam because let's be honest it is very unlikely they can do what they say they can do on the site. It's impossible to keep it going for the long term and the only ones that win are the ones that got in early so in my opinion and this is no knock on KR or covertress but I highly recommend not joining this site.
Steph is not able to analyse anything or stand to her promisses ...
My lesson learned, lost 0,45 BTC with the mining to the end, rent hashpower to work against the 51 % Replay attack and this at promisse that she will compensat.
And how many she compansate ? nothing !

Then you should try a different machine or something... the problem is obv on your side as the network has no problems.
Try manually adding nodes. From your wallet's command line type:
addnode 216.170.126.168 add
Do this for the nodes in the following list:

Alternately, download the entire KR chain from Cryptochainer: http://cryptochainer.com/dir/?page_id=881

I've never had any problems with the KR wallet having no connections. I always have at least 8 to 10 connections every day when I stake. As a previous person said maybe you should check your internet connection. And I'm sure KR will bounce back some time in 2017 but for now I'll just wait and continue to stake my coins.

Happy New Year Krypton and to the dev team!
Today has so far been a great day for KR in regards to the price as it has been climbing in the past 24 hours even though BTC has been sky rocketing in price. I now just ope KR can hold strong at these levels. Well let's hope that 2017 will be a great year for KR and that we can break our all time high some time this year.
