I wonder, how can someone takeover a dead coin ? is there a step by step walk through on how? I do not have enough experience but it would be a good way to acquire some, and i have time for that.

Definitively, when all the nodes are gone.
However, as cryptorob mentioned above, an MIA dev is a huge red flag!
Nevertheless, it is worth remembering that the dead sometimes has a way of coming back to life.
So if you are holding a substantial amount of Legit (hey, hey!), hold on to it for a couple of months, just in case someone intends to revive the project.

Without an active Dev, there is no point to even get this on an exchange, because nobody will buy. This Dev needs to be more invlolved ASAP, or this coin is dead. So Dev, step up and let us know what your plan is. To keep us fucking hanging like this is bullshit, why did you even bother in the first place to create the coin???
