Nope, not exactly.

What occurred was XBCplus started XBC, ran the ipo, then sort of took the money, and left the coin to a new team to run.

Then he started XLCplus, ran an ipo, took the money, and found a new dev to run it. If a person was skeptical, they may say it was simply a money grab to run ipos for numerous coins, take the money, then find someone else to do the work.

So nobody here, XBCPlus or  intothelite  have anything to do with XBC anymore.

As for investing, I'd only invest what you may be willing to lose, and if you get a really low price. And hope the new dev is good at his job.

Is same dev of XBC? And what is future plans for this coin? Can any investors tell me why its worth investing please? thanks

XBCPlus = XLCPlus, same person. I assume this dev is saying he's not involved with the XBC team in any way. Which is a nice change from XLC/XBCPlus saying that the XBC wallet was holding up development here, when he wasn't even working on it nor on the XBC team. Apparently it was a stall tactic. His plan evidently all along was to do the ipo, walk away, like he did on XBC, and find a new dev to run the coin. It can be very confusing, since the XBCPlus account no longer is associated with XBC. And the XLCPlus account is only linked financially to this coin.

And yeah, I and several others have had posts deleted. They were pretty benign overall, so it was unwarranted really.

When you say XBC, i hope you are not referring to the coin but the member (XBCplus is his name) who was parading as the dev in these threads. So what really is going on here..what do you mean you are not affiliated with this memeber XBCplus, if that is what you actually mean. And if the oringial dev XLCplus who made the OP is still assisting financially and ensuring this coin succeeds, why hasnt he kept us updated? He had to get to you, a brand new member, to update us? And who was and still is deleting posts that might threaten the integrity of this coin? Now that I look at the thread entire thread, I just saw that some of my earlier posts have been deleted. This just keeps getting stranger and I have one foot out the door. Im probably wasting my time with this post, since it has a pretty good chance of deletion too...

I can completely understand the shady / sketchy look of this but in all honesty I've never really had a reason to post on these forums before and i created an account that would be associated with this coin and one that i will use going forward. I completely expected to be met with adversity and if i wasn't then i would question the people holding this coin. I don't really know if there is even a necessary response to the questions or posts regarding whatever has been said about XLCPlus. I am not aware of the history of XBC and I am not affiliated with XBC at this time i am here to help XLC. XLCPlus is still here to assist financially in ensuring this coin succeeds.

Id like to have a clean slate going forward in regards to whatever you want to know about the coin or any questions you have should go through me. I was brought on board for a reason that reason being if someone i.e. me does not start building and expanding the community on this coin it will die. Then you will be left holding a bag of rocks, with that being said i am only 1 man and will need help in various aspects of community development. If you have experience or any set of skills you would like to throw towards helping this coin grow and flourish the help is gladly appreciated. We need more people who are interested in seeing this coin go somewhere and who want to be involved in making that happen. We are looking for more people to take action and actually show some kind of interest in the success of this coin.

Although what you say here sounds good and promising, the fact that the original dev and XBCplus have not responded to any questions and not posted in a while, combined with the fact that you made your account yesterday with your first post, it looks fishy. Hope to prove me wrong really. Im not fudding, Im still just shaky on the development of this coin, but like I said earlier..I still remain a holder.

drm: I was put in contact with the Dev and will be assisting with the things listed in my initial post and then determining what the best direction for the coin is to ensure it achieves the goals we have set. Everyone will be informed each step of the way as to whats going on. For the time being i will be working with the current dev.

allisone if you go to the link i just posted you can see the transcation in the blockexploreer that shows the 3011.9999, So im not sure exactly what the issue you're having is. please confirm you can see the coins as the blockexplorer shows the transaction for your wallet.

New Dev, when you get a chance can you contact Busoni at Poloniex and advise you have taken control of this project. It would increase XLC chances of getting listed, as Busoni had issues with your predecessor

it's very good to hear this, and there are more people waiting for some positive things.
Are you hired by the dev or how does this work for us? Will xlcdev be out or if not will you remain in contact with him?

As i have noticed some people are questioning the direction of this coin and to set things straight. I have been brought on as a developer to ensure that this coin meets the expectations of all coin holders.

some of my short term goals for this coin are to establish a team that will be able to assist in promoting the coin through various social media outlets, Facebook, reddit, twitter, i.e.
I plan on building a legitimate website for the coin along with an official forum.
The team will help with securing our spot on various other exchanges in order to increase exposure of the coin and get it out to the whole crypto community.
We are looking to set up an official multipool so people can not only mine XLC but also know that there is a compounding effect taking place which will increase buy pressure on the coin to stabilize and ensure the coins value.

I have my MBA and I currently work at an AMlaw 200 law firm in the IT department specifically dealing with IT development i have over 15 years of experience. I have a year +/- experience with crypto and i decided that i would like to contribute my skills and passion to something that has the potential to be big. I have always been a proponent to open source projects and enjoy the challenge associated with it.

over the past 6 months or so i have made extensive connections within the crypto community and i'm sure we will have no problem getting the things mentioned above taken care of in a timely manner.

There's such a thing as being too negative. Even if the dev gives up, a new dev team could take over the coin. And it doesn't make any sense for you to dump, when you can just trickle sales orders at a higher price. Unless you are sitting on an inordinately large number of coins, that is.

This is a dead coin now. Move on

I disagree. FUD is when people make up outrageous statements. XLC wallet has a virus in it! The dev is holding 2 million XLC, ready to dump! Stuff that doesn't even make sense.

People here are rightfully just wondering if the dev will repeat history and walk away from the coin. And also wondering about his past statements in regard to delays. That's not FUD, just general talk. People can be objective about coins, even coins they own. They don't all have to be in coin hype mode (just as dangerous and annoying as trolling to me).

XBC was weird in that there was FUD, but quite often it appeared to be more for price manipulation than any other purpose. That's the logical reason for trolls, after a pump or price rise, to buy back in cheap, wait for rise again, and repeat process. So far, there has been little reason for trolling, as there hasn't been a price rise yet with XLC.

YOU are the one asking for XLC.

Remember I'm the buyer here, if you actually have the coin why is it so hard to put up sell order?
