Getwork support will be removed today, because JSON-RPC over HTTP for LTC mining is a waste of hashing power. Stratum/LTC support is available and well-tested for now.

Mining-proxy for Windows available for download here. See FAQ, question #3 for info about proxy usage.

For LTC mining at our pool you need to start mining proxy with "-pa scrypt" parameter:

mining_proxy.exe -pa scrypt

After this you can point your miners to 127.0.0.1:8332, using your workers login/password for authentication.

New:
  • Startup difficulty is set to x16. So the powerful workers anymore won't have problem,  caused by starting mining at diff-1 & high hashing power. But if miner have small power, difficulty can be automatically retargeted to values, which lower than x16.

We are still under DDoS at this moment, but now I can say that this won't be a problem soon. We have some difficulties with setting up new configuration, but nothing serious. So, pool will up at this day or tomorrow.

Some other news:

  • May be, reward system will be changed to "true" PPS with 3% fee, as a part of experiment. It's not a final decision.
  • Minimum shares difficulty will be increased to x32 or x64 times in comparison with current minimum diff.
  • New reaper fork build will be released after our site will be available for users.

at the other side.. i never thinked that the pool cant pay itself  Undecided bad news for me...
