where can I read about bounty?

No idea about the whereabouts of the dev team, but while monitoring the debug.log I do see messages from what looks to be the checkpoint-sync server; which only the dev would possess the private keys to.
The network marches forward at block height 1282261.

I like the name of this coin, unfortunately it seems that devs abandoned this coin and it is dead?
Anyone have any contact or information to the dev team?

It's very nice to have a site is still offering exchange for some cryptocurrencies were frozen on Cryptsy's servers when the exchange collapsed.
