where is the team based? and the funds raised in the ICO - who is escrow / keeping the funds "safe"?
The team is based in Silicon Valley. The crowdsale is handled through an Ethereum smart contract that automatically holds the funds and distributes tokens according to programmed rules publicly verifiable on the block chain. The advantage of this is the guarantee of transparency and there is no middleman needed such as escrow. The downside is that it is an ETH only crowdsale since you can't send BTC to an Ethereum smart contract.

I can't wait to blog about this as it is very exciting indeed. I really love the name and graphics as well and a stellar quality project deserves the best in terms of investment. I will also like to participate in the Ico as well to grow my coin/token asset fund.
