So, 80%+ of all shares with owners that paid nothing for them, a 'seed financing' round of a very small amount that values the project at 15 million CHF, and now an ICO for a small portion of shares at a massively inflated price. Am I missing something?
The seed round funding was 1.5 million CHF. So total funding after this event will have been 3 million CHF. Founders of companies don't "pay" for their shares. They own them at the beginning and sell them over time. The organization is very open, so contributions have been and will continue to be rewarded with shares. I don't think the 80% figure is accurate. There is a clear advantage over current ICO model where founders have to sell 100% of all available supply at the earliest stages, and very often are left with no funding after the first development phase. This model is more sustainable in my opinion. Lykke corporation intends to earn revenue and profits.
This is true und very common for share IPOs. You need to think that this project is not a typical Coin ICO. This is more like am equity, you own parts of the company.
I agree with Altcoinsamfinder, that the valuation is very very high with around 68 Million Dollar. But we are at the moment in a FinTech-Boom and the product (the app) is already working.
Also you would be able to trad the shares already in October, after the ICO.
Depite the high price this ICO will be sold out within the next days, because they just over around USD 1.5m what is just around 2400 Bitcoin Investment Value.

I can't find the lykke wallet at the iOS App Store. I just find: https://angel.co/lykke but thats not correct. Or am I wrong?

mmmm..Nope. I think not. You summed up this ridiculousness quite appropriately. Maybe, just, it would be nice to discover whom that 24h .0005CHF loophole was intended for. Probably the same 80% crew.

Will someone be so kind to explain me just how this thing went from 0.005CHF to 0.05 CHF in 24 hours without being traded anywhere?!??? Don't tell me the issuer just woke up today with a nice hard-on after a good 24h ico start and just put up a 10x the initial price 
Lykke is much more structured like a company than others. Difficult it to compare to blockchain native coins. The company will generate revenue and profit itself. Shares are sold in funding rounds like companies as well.
Oh, I see. How many rounds will there be and at which price?
edit: In other words can you point me to some document explaining the exact terms of ico?
