There will be staking option,but with staking you will get upgraded account,not tokens back or something similar.

Is Lynked.World app still in beta? I downloaded it, but I don't see much that I can do, maybe I could use some kind of a tutorial...
I think you should be able to find tutorials on Lynked Youtube channel, they look very user friendly.

Hello, I see you got an investment from Pecund VC Fund that worth 5 million USD. So how much tokens they will get and will it be vested? If so, how long it will be vested?
They invested 2 million USD for now and they will invest the remaining amount in the following period.If they invested 2 million USD that means they bought 2 million USD worth of LYNK tokens.
Is there a certain timeframe that they need to honor for investing the remaining 3 millions USD?

Any partner that invests in Lynked.World over a certain amount of funds get their tokens locked for a year.

When will Job Portal go live,as i currently dont see any job offers.
Everything will go live after ICO ends,so that should still be Q1 2019.

Yes you are right, our development team is already working on ERC-20 feature.
I see that you are registered in Netherlands,but most of the team is Indian.How come you decided to go with that?
Today it is completely irrelevant where the firm is registered or where office is located, people can work on some project from different locations around the world.
Exactly, since you can work remotely it doesn't really matter where you are, you simply register where are best laws for your business.
Or majority of your core team will be, teams still need some kind of office, we are not yet completely remote with businesses.
Well, that is true, but even big companies like Apple and Amazon are going more and more into remote workplace solutions as it has quite a few advantages over traditional way.
Yes,all those companies have development teams in India,same as lynked.world.

We are trying to solve the social problem of identity theft, CV fraud, degree fraud costly and time-consuming background verification process. Today companies spend around 30% of money in identity and background verification. Educational institution has to certify/re-certify the certification and degrees again and again. Through Lynked.World we solve this problem. We eliminate this redundancy of this data verification. Data is verified once and for all and verification information is stored in blockchain via smart contract. Once user’s identity, job experiences, degrees/certifications are verified, it will be marked verified in our website. When required by employer, they can provide the data which is already verified.

Development (30%)
Efforts in developing additional features of the ecosystem, smart contract developments, architecture enhancements, collaborating with partners to integrate new features and completion of other milestone objectives.
Marketing (50%)
Investment in different marketing efforts with partners and using PR agencies to increase brand presence, showcase product, onboard end users and businesses using digital media, events, conferences and so on.
Operations (17 %)
Development and expenditure across various company expenses such as premises, facilities, travel, administration, taxes etc.
Legal (3%)
Regulatory and legal expenses.

Our CEO Arun Kumar lives in Netherlands and they have crypto friendly laws there so that was logical decision. We have development team in India, few members are in United States while most of the core team is in Europe.
