To be honest i dont think that reaching hard cap should be ultimate goal.Most important one is reached,and whatever happens after that is extra.Of course hard cap is not a bad thing
Well hard cap brings you that extra push at the start,mwhen you can go really strong with the marketing and develop all aspects of the proejcts sumultaneously.
Hard cap provides financial security to the project, so team can be focused on the further platform upgrades.

Residents (tax or otherwise), citizens and green card holder of the United States of America (USA) and its territories are forbidden from taking part in the Lynked.World Token Sale.
It's a big market, I hope these restriction will be abolished once.
It is,but i think its like that all the time,rarely unites states citizens can join the sale.Market is big enough for that to not be a problem.
