It's a very good idea to protect the creators of content or data. With your algorithm and your search engine you will be able to trully protect these creators and reward them for their work. You have found the problems and identified them well, especially with manipulation of exposure to get and content for the costumers.

"NKOR" I was interested in how consumer content. Anyone who wants to consume digital content, gain access to new venues of creativity which are not controlled or filtered by intermediaries, and support new content creators’ artwork.
