I found it in the white paper said that:

NKOR is a great project ,am currently doing the bounty  
its really cool but  I want to know when the bounty will end and when am going to receive my stakes?

Most interesting part for me here are Neuro indexing algorithm and search algorithm. They will be main  NKOR network algorithms that will be
developed:
NNIA (NKOR Neuro Indexing Algorithm) for text based content and
NSA (NKOR search algorithm), which will Initially be based on NKOR’s own nodes to provide stable computing
power for the ecosystem.

I have read whitepaper. Frankly speaking it is very difficult project and it will be necessary to expand team very strongly. Because application very app. Besides in the falling markets it is very difficult to find the necessary investing for the new project. I will buy not many tokens in hope on x100 or x200)).
