Very cool idea of the project! I'm glad to see that at least someone is interested in copyright protection. With the spread of the Internet, it's getting harder and harder.

They got 1st place on ICOvoting, by the way EOS on second.. looking perspective. I hope the team is strong, there are too many weak ICO'S now happening, so we all need to do better research. But I spent some time on looking for that project, waiting for ico start. G-luck Nkor

Because the philosophy of blockchain is to have a decentralized ecosystem, we don't need a government approval. Having said that, we have an opinion letter from a leading IP lawyer, stating that the NKOR technology, being precise and accurate with the multi-layer index hashing, can actually be verified and used as proof in a court of law. We don't have a test case, but we do have this opinion stating that our technology can be implemented outside the blockchain. We are now in active negotiations and had agreements and memorandums of understandings with IP agencies outside the blockchain, that will use our platform as another layer of verification to their IP.
So, the simple answer is that we do not need an approval, but a government can use our platform because it is very accurate as a proof of IP.

Not really. You can place various files on it, but to use the platform, you will need to have an internal currency - NKR. Also copying of materials by other users will be chargeable. The fee will be sent to the developer. Also, the platform will track illegal downloads of files.

NKR can be bought. Must I use it on the platform? Yes. These are the terms of the platform developers. They are interested in the distribution of their crypto currency.
