NKOR is ambitious: it uses an innovative technique of indexing "in several layers", and at the expense of the hash there is a so-called "disguise" (protection) of content. Authentication data is recorded in the unit. In addition, the addition of time stamps as a confirmation of origin. Good idea!

People have become pretty smart these days, they don't upload original data rather they change some details on original one so it can't be traced.

I can establish the price of my intellectual property? Or does it regulate the rules of the platform?
Prices for cementing the content will be fixed, but if a content owner wishes to sell his work then he controls the prices.

Very cool idea of the project! I'm glad to see that at least someone is interested in copyright protection. With the spread of the Internet, it's getting harder and harder.
It's a shame that some pay a file and then begin to resell it to others. Receiving a good profit for this. The price will be slightly lower than declared by the authors and this allows them to earn much more.
The problem is that if a user downloads a file to his computer device, the file will go beyond the system. It will be difficult for authors to track piracy. And they will lose their profits
We have an opinion letters from leading IP lawyers, stating that the NKOR technology, being precise and accurate with the multi-layer index hashing, can actually be verified and used as proof in a court of law. We don't have a test case, but we do have this opinion stating that our technology can be implemented outside the blockchain. We are now in active negotiations and had agreements and memorandums of understandings with IP agencies outside the blockchain, that will use our platform as another layer of verification to their IP. Government can use our platform because it is very accurate as a proof of IP.

As per the whitepaper, the content creators & consumers will need NKR tokens to access the platform & other linked services. This means that they will be paid or have to pay in NKR only (to buy/sell contents)??
Yes, the transactions within the platform will be made with NKR.
