No its not the pools right now. You keep disregarding the fact that so small block time will surely create a ton of orphans. My impression is that you knew that but you just want to mine some fast now and then make the block time bigger so that you have made a nice instantmine.

How about we change the BlockTime ? To help, but you also need to change the Pool, that there is no Pool over 45% of Hashrate.

We had changed many stuff, also the SourceCode don't there were many errors at complying we worked 24h to make the Wallet to run.
