What happens after the migration to X11? Will the old coins be worth zero?
Your best bet is unload MUE on Yolobit and BTC you get -> send to Bittrex and rebuy MUE.

Anyone who has filed bugs in the last few days will notice they have been fixed, some display issues will be resolved along with some other minor display details. The core continues to operate as designed and requires no modifications on either webwallets or mymue, so this is all cosmetic

What happens after the migration to X11? Will the old coins be worth zero?
We are moving to another algo and a complete different blockchain. As such, coins on the old (current) Quark chain will not be functional any more. There will be a small transition period running the quark chain to aid moving coins over to the X11 branch, but don't take any chances, try to move them asap before we move this Sunday.
POW will be over when we move to X11, right?
Block reward will be split
45% to Miners (POW)
45% to MasterNodes
10% to budget fund
POW will no longer be Quark algo, but instead be X11 algo

As for Yobit, I'm sorry for your loss. You can try to ask them to do something about their wallet software, but as BizzyB said, the dev team has asked them repeatedly for over a year to fix their software, but without any response. Your best option is to try to sell your coins, but then someone else will be holding a worthless asset once MUE changes to X11.

Yobit ignore all communications requesting them to update the MUE wallet (which has worked fine for over a year).
Your coins are unfortunately locked, you can try to sell them on there, which is your only chance.
They don't care about crypto, they care only about profit.
