When I get on Cryptopia and saw that 2.28645588 MTNC stretching price and nearly no volume at current buyers price (it's roughtly 500 coins and then price is above 2.5k sat).So is MTNC undervalued at this moment by buyers or owners don't want to sell their coins?

I am still waiting to hear if it is possible to create a new wallet.dat file on the same pc where I already have the wallet software installed and move my coins from the old wallet.dat to new dat file
if you mean can you open 2 or three MTNC client at same time in one pc, then the answer is yes ,you can .
how to open them at same time ,please see the guide in first page .

24 MTNC per hour is pretty good. There are more than 55 masternodes in the network. Everything depends on the further steps of the developers and the cohesion of the community.
to the account of the community - more than agree. and you need to somehow get together and discuss the next steps. but filter the participants. perhaps even worth collecting the holders separately. because in the future you can act in the development of other developer projects as an investor.

Good: mining is complicated. Now 24 coins are complicated. I remember only a month ago, 48 coins were received per hour. now in an hour 24 with difficulty.
