Edit: I read better the Whitepaper, it's really an interesting idea. The only thing I don't like is the possibility that the tokens can finish during the first two phases of the ico. I also noticed that your project could work perfectly even without the help of the blockchain. How important is this aspect for you?

As for us running out of tokens too soon - well, we encourage everyone who want to participate to go through KYC beforehand not to have to wait for registration during ICO.
As for the need of blockchain solution, there are several reasons.Once we migrate to Blockchain there will be obvious value in trustless and verified ID for users including business users to transact over user naviaddress. Then, blockchain allows Naviaddress users to stay independent from us, as a central storage of their own meta-data. All the information, including contacts, pictures, last mile, website links, etc, that is attached to naviaddress by its owner, is beyond our control. So, the owner of a naviaddress is protected from any kind of hostile or sloppy actions from our side or any third parties.
