Just unzip and copy the content to the data folder replacing existing ones.

if not - you can't blame yobit or anyone, scam or not.
of course i can sync the shit in no time, but not the right way.

Yeah, you can start from scratch to sync 3+ years of blockchain.
It just take couple to several days to finish.
But It's gonna take a couple of hours if you use the bootstrap.
Yes, I tried to sync as it is but it was taking too long, I did take the shortcut.
What is wrong with it?
You should not complain for taking too long if you want to start from the scratch.
Try to make it faster by tweaking your connection settings.
