no it won't. it halves every 2000 blocks down to a minimum subsidy of 100,000 coins per block. minimum transaction fee is 10k so that mining can survive after subsidy minimum ends @ block 200,000 meaning after block 200,000 it will begin halfing to eventually nothing.
