EDIT - just tried the confirmation email link again and it says it was already confirmed with TX ID: d94224838f66d373061d06eca680603ca0dcfb7bd83b63005c0bd3365cf4c6c0

This is because the coins are sent to your address 6 blocks ago.

Any issues with BTC withrdawls today?

Have been using the exchange without any issues for the past few days, but a withdrawl of BTC today has not shown any confirmations at my receiving address yet, been just over an hour and no sign of arrival or any confirmations.

Anyone else experiencing BTC withdrawl delays?
It's probably in the memory pool of the coindaemon (rare case).
If this is the case, the coindaemon rebroadcasts the transaction to its peers every once in a while.

Basic rule of thumb: if you get a transaction id, then it is guaranteed that the coins will arrive at your address.

Can you provide a TXID or Address for us to check?

Edit: we just manually confirmed leoweiwei's withdrawal request and it instantly appeared on the blockchain.info logs

Hi,  withdrawl was to 1K2gRmVjvDXWKgarzvQJSdfhA2BtmzQisQ,  but I did not receive a tx ID - does the site provide one?  Perhaps an addition that could be considered is a history of withdrawls with TX IDs?

Hello Coinmarket,

I take back market 0.3 BTC, but has not yet received a confirmation e-mail, I have checked all the messages failed to find, fix, grateful.
My username is leoweiwei.
We already confirmed it manually and it is on its way to your address Smiley
Please use an account with a common (for example: gmail) email provider next time.
The "leoweiwei" account is ... registered with an invalid email address, you must create a new account.

Hello Coinmarket,

I tried withdrawing about 0.023 BTC. The system told me i needed to at least withdraw 0.025BTC. So i sold some more SMC. Tried withdrawing again (now 0.031BTC), then system told me i needed to withdraw at least 0.033BTC...  Huh

I see ppl withdrawing 60 SMC without a sweat, which is less value then my BTC's. I'm getting a bit nervous since it's my first trading experience. Lips sealed

Could you please advise?

Regards!

Coinmarket.io , I would like to make a very important suggestion.  Please give minimum 48 hours or longer notice before you add a coin or remove a coin from your listings.  A lot of coins right now depend on your exchange for a majority of the transactions and if you remove and add coins without giving sufficient notice, this will hurt some investors and ultimately erode confidence in the success of your exchange.  The REMOVING of any coin once its added should be done with extreme care and prejudice because you are handling and impacting investments.  Stability is the most important factor for any investor and if they feel that you can casually remove a coin from you listing at any time, then there will be hesitation to invest in any coin on your site for fear it may be removed in the future.

Please consider a minimum time frame a coin will be listed on your site before it would be considered for removal, even if it is not doing well.  Every coin has its ups and downs, but the mere fact that it can be removed from an exchange at any time will impact the the amount of investment a coin receives, and will ultimately effect the long term success of your site.

On a side note, thank you for your incredible work, you are a huge asset and addition to the bitcoin community.

+1, this is an important issue. Apart from this, good to see performance is still great. Once you add LTC/BTC (yes, my request is in the correct thread) I will have no reason to use cryptsy anymore most of the time.
Feedback received and processed Wink
We aim to be the transparent exchange and will, as a rule, give a 48 hour heads up before delisting a coin.
Just curious: what change triggered this post from gutshot5820?
We only removed EAC and DOGE (canceled all orders, refunded wallets), those represented less than 1% of our volume.
DOGE will return when we have enough volume to support it.

Thanks for taking this feedback onboard!

I will let gutshot answer for himself, but like him I am invested in KDC and I think it would be very bad for the coin if it was removed due to today's low volume and price. It would also have been nice for example when the USDE/DOGE and DOGE/BTC markets were removed I had the opportunity to transfer my coins to the currency I wanted beforehand so I didn't have to transfer them to another exchange.

Hello!

I withdrew yesterday 61.06931252 SMC, but I didn't received the confirmation email. I have checked also the spam folder in gmail but it is not there. Can you resend it? Can I do myself? My username is manitou69.

Thanks in advance.

I tought the price was setted by you, and not by me.

it's ok, even dwarves started small  Tongue
so the basis of trading is : it takes TWO to exchange something. A buyer and a selller. The exchange is just the platform where both meet, coinmarket.io doesn't sell or buy anything
Put a huge price to sell and no one will be interested. put the lowest offer and you greatly raise you chance to see someone hooked.
