Its great how you take care with us, your users. But this kind of "open, public support" also has a bad side: As more ppl read about not working transfers, waiting time, lost coins, not paying out and so on, as more users might get scared to work with you. Even its not you fault, the problem most times in in front of the keyboard, its a problem for some.

What address did you send them to? We can check the block explorer for proof of movement, but probably freshmarket didnt send them yet. All good xchanges use email or support form. Imagine cryptsy or btc-e had a support thread ?!

Shlould not be a problem, if you're not one of the 5 deposit flooders that got temporarily banned.Try closing *all* browser windows and try again. There is also a password reset feature avalible.

How long does it usually take for withdrawlas to process after I've clicked the confirm link in the e-mail? My username is zhitgeist there as well. Can you check if it was withdrawed?
