ok...sorry..just frustrated with the slow time...I sent 1080 smartcoins from freshmarket I did not sell at a decent price, so I sent them to my smc wallet on this exchange, and poof...nothing in wallet..not even 'pending' has showed up. What's with this?

This is good for the users, and we care about the users. We dont think what we're doing here is unprofessional.

I didnt say you are, I say go, maybe I should had put word "more" in this...

Its great how you take care with us, your users. But this kind of "open, public support" also has a bad side: As more ppl read about not working transfers, waiting time, lost coins, not paying out and so on, as more users might get scared to work with you. Even its not you fault, the problem most times in in front of the keyboard, its a problem for some.

What address did you send them to? We can check the block explorer for proof of movement, but probably freshmarket didnt send them yet.

30-45 minutes IF the coins started moving from bitcoin.de in the first place.

Shlould not be a problem, if you're not one of the 5 deposit flooders that got temporarily banned.
Try closing *all* browser windows and try again. There is also a password reset feature avalible.

How long does it usually take for withdrawlas to process after I've clicked the confirm link in the e-mail? My username is zhitgeist there as well. Can you check if it was withdrawed?

I don't get how this site works.

Today we have an exchange, tomorrow is replaced by other, the old one is not working or is not displayed anymore...and so on...
