Hey coinmarket.io Because openex will go down soon and CASH was on there. Is it an idea to add CASH? Cash is a great coin, way under the radar, no premine, great code, resistant to multipools etc. It really deserves a better exchange. You might be interested. Oh, and BitJohn (cryptsy) is mining it Cheesy

You should really check the stability of your internet connection, maybe try the F5 button sometimes.

Reading this thread makes me understand why it takes cryptsy so long to provide support.. They have a lot more of users and if people keep asking same questions like in this thread.. oh well

loreeror: the order is still active in the LEAF/BTC market. I can see the Cancel link when logging in to your account. What browser do you use?

kbusb: your orders have not found any matches because of a bad price, and are still pending (and cancelable by you).
There is a list of "Your active orders" on the market page - with CANCEL links.

We cannnot provide support to people that dont know how an exchange works.
Stay away from CoinMarket.io if you dont know how to use a basic exchange platform.
These people (not talking about anyone in particular) are wasting our time and developement potential.


There is a very solid pattern with support requests:
People with large balances (and thus with earlier experience) dont request support.
Its the newbies that dont understand how things work before they try to use them.


This thread will have to go some day (to be replaced with email support and tickets).

Dear Coinmarket,

First of all i want to congratulate you with a great website. The speed is great! It's now waiting for new coins.

But i do have a small problem. I sold my Leafcoins something about 4 hours ago. In my wallet it says that my coins are on orders.
In the trade screen it says i don't have open orders.

Could you please have a look at it.

I want to sell my coins, and buy cheaper Smiley

Hi,

I can login to my account without any issue on my private computer however i can not login to my account at all from my telephone or another computer. Why is it so ?
3 possible reasons:

1. cookies not accepted (by your browser)
2. javascript not running (on your browser)
3. if you get a blank page, then your session has too many login attempts (close all browser windows, try again)

4. Don't know what happened, password doesn't match anymore with username....
