Hello,

I have a little problem,
my bitcoins have disappeared.  Angry

I sold 50 coino coins for 0.007 bitcoins and got a message to try again in two seconds. That was weird because I got it credited to my account. So I dicided to ignore it and withdraw some bitcoins to the wallet on my computer.
But when I wanted to withdraw my bitcoin balance was zero and my coino coin balance too.  Huh

I have no idea what happened and i really want my bitcoins back.
It only about 15 dollars but still.  Undecided

So, please help me.

Well I may have had some success.
Don't really like the solution but it appears to work for me.
Since I never received an email response to my everyday @Comcast.net account, I created a new login and used my "never used" gmail account instead.
Transfer in worked and transfer out actually sent a confirmation email that I received almost immediately.
I replied so now I just need to wait for those to arrive at their destination address.
The other coins actually made it through without a confirmation email, so I assume those were done via manual confirmation.
If so, thanks again.
Hopefully the "incompatible" email account issues can be solved soon.
I think that will resolve a lot of the drama going down here.


Edit: The test transfer after the confirmation email response has gone through. So more success.
Keep up the hard work.

Edit2: And now a complete cycle of:
 transfer-in -> trade -> transfer out -> confirmation email sent -> email received -> email confirmed -> transfer complete
has taken place. Amazing what a working email address will do for ya...  Smiley

Hey guys, im trying to withdraw my btc but im getting an "invalid password" message... is this not the normal password or is it meant to be my pin?
Same for me..and I really don't like the idea behind it.
Can you reply to this please? Why are some receiving "invalid password" when withdrawing?
Now I can't even login...Password lost or..a new strategy perhaps.
However I'm reading the "password lost" button is being added which is pretty good news. Quite happy with this exchange so far!

I received the withdrawals including the test one.

I still never received a confirmation email, and I am using a @Comcast.net email account.
That would seem to be fairly common and not "foreign" based in any way.  Wink
If there is a way to change email addresses without killing an existing account that would be great to learn about.
Or if I set up a completely new account, how would I test that the confirmation emails are working for that one?
