Since my QT wallet doesn't work anymore, I'd love to transfer my coins there and at least get something out of them. Does anyone know how I would go about extracting private keys from the wallet.dat file?
Unfortunately, I don't know how to do that part if your PiggyBank crashes on startup. I'll wait for neurocis to respond.
Based on Neurocis' email suggestion, I'm currently resyncing the block chain and the wallet seems to be working alright for that. I'm just worried it will blow up when I get to the point in the chain where it blew up before. But maybe it won't
If I do manage to get it synced and working, I may just send over my coins to CoinWallet. Sometimes online wallets end up being less trouble... but you do have to make the decision to trust 'em. February 12, 2016, 02:47:55 PM

My wife was interested in this coin and asked if there is a exchange avaible for this coin. And what is this coin worth at the moment.

You can check out the price at the exchanges. The price of a PiggyCoin is just a tiny fraction of a Bitcoin.
It is a fun coin for kids. I use it for paying for some chores and other rewards. The kids enjoy amassing a "fortune" in piggy-coin.

Wow, I mined some of this coins around 2 years ago and it’s still around. Not bad to survive 2 years in such a though environment.

Adjusted the website menu so it doesn't overwrite the coin logo on the iPad. Looked good so I bought piggy-coin.com some ad impressions in the DogeRain app ;8) Maybe we can get a few shibes interested!
