We are currently on NXT 1.0 but once ARDOR (NXT 2.0) is released and tested it will open up many good possibilities for us.  Sidechains will allow us to do many things we cannot do now.

1) Yes, posting is an option.  Thanks for letting us know, we plan to greatly improve the UI.  An upcoming update is to address this.

On desktop - just click the coin thread you wish to post in from the list of coins on the left hand side of the page.

looks like a good start for a young coin/blockchain.

so even just facebook sharing/retweeting content from newbium site can influence a user's reputation & earn rewards? or also perhaps copying articles from other sites & posting them in newbium site? maybe original content should have more weight...

All these will be on NXT 1.0 right? will it be affected by ARDOR or NXT 2.0 or something else which NXT is gonna evolve into next?

How much Newbium is needed as cost for transfer from NXT Wallet to another [exchange] address! Yesterday I was tried with 6452 NEW to transfar, but failed few times. Even tried to send 6400 newbium from that balance, but over and over it was show me [Not enough fund] !

Now what to do?

Yes, https://coins.newbium.com will be very similar to Steemit, Facebook, etc as a social media site where anyone can post content.  But keep in mind that we are focused only on crypto related content.  Also we are already a leader in real time crypto market information with the visualization part of newbium.  So with real time crypto market information + crypto related user generated content, we are already seeing something very unique taking shape.

The rewards system is still being fleshed out but it will definitely reward those who provide content.  We have not decided if voting will be used but sharing is one action which is already confirmed.  So users will be rewarded for sharing content to social media even if they are not the original posters of the content.

The reputation system will also be integrated into the rewards system....we intend to build a meritocracy so that only those who provide the best content (analysis, news, information, etc) will have the best ranking.

Although we can see various monetization options our focus at this point is to get the content generation cycle started.  The more high quality content we generate on the platform the more our organic reach increases and the more users we will attract. The more users we have the more we can monetize....revenue streams we have already highlighted are subscriptions and commissions from shapeshift trading.

So users will be rewarded for sharing content to social media even if they are not the original posters of the content.
