The swap to HZ is over.
With a total of 3.01B NFD sent to the swap address, 120M HZ (12% of the total supply) have been distributed to the former NFD community. The received NFD were sent to the genesis address.

I just downloaded nfd-client-NFD-1.3.7, and my NFD wallet is downloading blockchain, but it is too slow.
Any idea what I should do?

Blockchain download speed depends on connected peers, your download bandwidth and how fast your computer is.
How many blocks do you get in an hour?
You only need a own node if you want to forge.
If you only want to do some transactions, then you can use the online wallet. All transaction are created and signed locally in the browser. The secret key is only send to the server in case you start forging.
