@MaWo, are you working on 1.1.5?

no, 2 reasons:

1) My daughter need a babysitter -  I have no time.
2) I don't think throwing a runtime exception is a fix. This only prevents the bug beeing accidently broadcasted by a still buggy client, but it not solves the root cause assuming it is a client bug and not a manual signed, injected transaction.
I think the same as "Dom P" in this thread

There is at least a second bug. Why did the malicious transaction DOSed the network? It was not possible to forge. Only 1 account forged blocks.

gn8!

JeanLuc has clarified that there was no malformed or malicious transaction.  There is no second bug.

I will merge his fix soon.

Another PM Flood

I'll be mass-sending another round of PMs tonight and most of tomorrow to let everyone (who hasn't already seen the news) know that NFD is now distributed. I'm including the good news that Bittrex is considering listing NFD - if we show him NFD's worth it!

Since I'm becoming used to a flood of PMs after every round, I'll probably spend most of next week straightening out any mistakes or omissions along with MaWo. But there will be some real news next week.

As with the other PM blitzes, I'll be back here after a ~24 hour stretch. Better than being banned, I suppose.

And a big back-at-you thanks to everyone here for their kind words!

Risk taker & Black Swan farmer.
Congratulations for the hard work and visible progress. From all the Nxt forks NFD seems to emerge as the most interesting.

We should always have reservations, Hitbtc seems legit to me from what little I know. EvilDave has spoken with their reps face to face at conferences and had follow up calls. But still, it would be great to have some more details. However, Graviton and DGEX operate anonymously and, in the Nxt community at least, has a high reputation for honesty and integrity (but also for slow (manual) withdrawals but I think that is a deliberate policy to protect traders and themselves). But it takes time and track record to build this I guess.

I was under the impression that Graviton lived somewhere in southern Ontario, Canada. Myself, I live in Toronto. If my memory is correct, and there's enough worry about Graviton in the NFD community, I can always rent a car and pop in to his place for a visit.

Hitbtc is a newbie USD and EUR fiat gateway and is having a vote that NFD can join. They will be adding cryptos every couple of weeks.

Nxt will be added next and there is NAS, NEM and NHZ already in the running.

Nice to see you back. Smiley Regarding the recent CoinTropololis_JustaBit scandal, EvilDave made the same point you did; my response is here. Hopefully, we can all say that the scandal is just water under the bridge now. Smiley

And thanks for the HitBTC tip, even if MaWo has his doubts. I hope you'll enjoy watching NFD fly on its own - might bring back some memories of the good ol' days for Nxt. Grin

No worries Grin There was a lot of deliberate FUD around at the time and this appeared to be an attempt to tie the scandal up with the Nxt protocol, which of course it wasn't. Just an honest mistake on your part.
