Yes, your externalip is wrong, correct one is 146.60.250.143

Your masternode is expected to run for days, 2 hours are nothing.
i had the problem masternode starts , all works finde , but in "active (sec) everytime is 00:00 , and after 2-3 hours connection loss , thats my problem , im staking 2-3 hours and then nothing. so i muss restart the masternode

Are you running it on computer with open port and reliable connection? Also, your externalip is wrong.
yes im running on my computer, port is open ... externalip is wrong ? i don´t think so , i have run bananabits mn and all working fine with the externalip=192.168.0.102
edit , i have now see in my router :

The OP should be updated. It says 25K for a masternode, but it really takes 100K.
