That would be more of a wrapper and rev2 implementation. It's probably still too early to give any real estimation of how it will work.
It doesn't seem far fetched to have a client side wrapper that tracks how close to expiration your data is, reminds you of a need for payment, etc.

why prl price go to down? 
Not just PRL but almost all altcoin down, as a result of BTC prices are also down, nothing special about the decline in the price of something commonplace.Hope it is not connected mostly with the recent problems with the BadgerDB! So is the issue solved already?
PRL is known in Crypto for its great tech side of the product so such issues could make some damage to this name.

I will take the discussion at one step more higher by saying this is project in which many people saw huge potential at time of investment at higher price. Now the only difference is potential has increased after this leveled development while price has decreased. You have nothing to do except keep moving along with project to be able to make money in future.

I still do not understand what will be recovered for oyster. Even if they will do all their features I do not see a strong economy for the project. 5 prl per 1 year service is nothing to make the price high.

I'm so deep in PRL and holding a big bag. I've been generally happy with team response, but basically just asking for more transparency and clarity on the dev wallet moves.

They update quite often but not enough, I want to see how they bring profit to investors and how they combine the DAG and Blockchain network like. The project is being updated but it looks like the progress is too slow and I hope the value of PRL will increase, I bought it for $ 0.8usd and I get confused when it is only $ 0.11 and I do not Wanted my investment evaporated. Oyster's goal is not to bring profit to people like you. Their goal is to make a usable, widely adopted platform. The price of the coin is based on that. PRL owes you absolutely nothing. The market dictates the price of every coin. Right now, the market says the price is 11c. Just because you bought it at 80c doesn't mean it is actually worth 80c.
Yes and no, because in the whole Oyster protocol idea the price of PRL token is pegged to fixed amount of GB of data storaged on iota/own tangle. Idea overall is great but like in others at the beginning there is some struggle to keep the project rollin.
