That is very insightful analysis above my post that listing on any exchange can show temporary changes in price but real value should be expected in long term. If there is hyped market as whole then everything will be pumped else by design this project needs few months at least to start seeing response from market based on its usage.

That chart proves nothing though first and foremost, survey size, demographic of surveyed people furthermore the amount of people using an exchange says nothing about volume moved, that list goes on. Kraken would be great tho Smiley

I really don't understand what are you talking about. What chart? And about the exchange... Yes, Kraken would be nice, but also Binance and other top exchanges would be nice too. Right?
Oyster is already on very large and excellent exchanges and listing on Binance will not affect his success in any way. Only a small pump is possible. It takes only time, at least one year, and maybe more.

Is Oyster aiming for a certain filesize before monetizing kicks off? Is the tangle only used for storage?

I don't think the team plans to go for binance this time. It was very emotionally taxing on the community and the team last time. They have said that they'd like to wait to sort of regroup for a more planned vote to hopefully have more of the community participate

Binance listing is $ 2 million. Is there such money from the team?

If Oyster becomes very succesful then Binance might list it for free. It would be a waste of money to pay so much for Binance listing.

It may take many years to be successful, but is simple enough to survive and grow as a standalone service.

The thing with the PRL is this project probably going to die in two months. The DEV team has around 20 mil tokens and if they want to maintain developing they cannot afford the salary of their team with this 20 mil token sales. SO most of the team will quit and this project will end up achieving nothing but the pain of its investors. There are other projects worst than this are financially stable. This happened to PRL because of the greedy nature of its dev team. When they saw the price was more than 2$ they could have listed in popular exchanges like binance. But they focused on controlling the price on kucoin and cryptopia. Now with the price is that low they have no options left. GOODBYE PRL.

[sarcasm ON]Well, if a newbie said that PRL will be dead in two months, then it must be true.[sarcasm OFF]
I'm joking, but you can't say something like that without knowing what kind of a deal did the leader of the project agreed with the developers. How do you know they are not being payed in PRL tokens? I know that the team sells PRL tokens occasionally, but maybe that's for expenses other than developers payments. You can't know...

EDIT: I don't know who's developing the project if the developers aren't getting payed. Who made it possible to increase the upload limit to 25 MB?

lol I just don't like people that stir the pot right when they join, seem to have an unhealthy knowledge of the chat even though they just joined, and take other good community members identities to hide

Lol that reddit comment: "My name is Maximus Oysterus Pearilius. Commander of the Shitcoins in Crypto. General of the Oyster Shells. Loyal servant to the true Emperor, Bitconnectorelius. Father to a market crash, husband to an all time low. And I will have my moonshot; in this life or the next." is the user bobolls in here

in what way shl different from VPN? It's offering the same service plus im guessing it would be just the same if not slower in speed.

I think that SHL is exactly what you said - another VPN but decentralized. You can't know if some VPN saves logs or not. I'm sure that if government forces a VPN service to provide logs, they'll obey in order to avoid fines.
Why do you think it will have slower speed than any VPN? I'd really like you to explain this.
