Maybe I am an advocate of the devil, but if investors want to sell their ICO coins before they are distributed, why not have a public market for that? The other option is investors will sell IOUs in secret.

That's the way with IOUs. But relax, just remember ICOs are better oriented for supporting projects and not doing quick sells.

I think this is exactly the case.
They buy some tokens in the the pre-ico or ico stage and then offer these at high prices..
Seems very dubious to me, but a fast way to make some money.

I know some groups that buy tokens at PreSales with big discounts. These groups can sell IOU's at discount from ICO price. Unsure if it happened in this case,

Thats why exchanges like hitBTC sell IOU's Cheesy

I understand the concept of presales. It allowes the ICO's to market better for ICO, since they already have money to invest.

Yes i also think it’s better to wait the real listing of paragon token, the value will be better than the actual future in hitbtc. And with the sucess of the paragon ico, i have no worries for the value, great things incoming for paragon.
