A lot of times you have to operate in this sort of grey market before everything gets legalized and you can work in the open. loop holes are often used as well. there are countries , I think Estonia, Latvia, where cannabis is illegal, but they've decided not to prosecute anyone caught with it.

Government usually just prefer to leave things as they are with cannabis unfortunately. Because is always a delicate matter to deal with as can get you bad critics, less votes and BS like that.

That is an example of a problem with which Paragon should deal in the future. I dont know if they will have enough personnel themselves but at least they should offer others support by building their center there.

The system in The Netherlands is really bad, it actually gives incentive for criminals to grow a lot of weed, because its easy to sell to them to coffee shops owners. These legal entrepreneurs are forced to deal
with criminals to get product that they can sell legally. Its the weirdest system ever
