HitBTC price just dropped to 60 cent$ per token, while it was 90 cents $ when i checked yesterday. Is this the pre sale people taking their profits?
The one in hitbtc is still not the token, people there arent trading the token yet, they are trading IOU.
What is IOU?
It’s very important to understand that during the initial phase new coins don’t exist yet, people are buying IOU (“i owe you”) – not the coins themselves, but the obligations. As soon as fundraising phase is over, IOUs are being transformed into usual tokens.

As far as I know nobody has tokens yet. HitBTC has future contracts, they trade not the tokens themselves, but the rights to buy the tokens in the future.
In finance, a futures contract (more colloquially, futures) is a standardized forward contract, a legal agreement to buy or sell something at a predetermined price at a specified time in the future.
I wonder how they are going to enforce the transfer of the actual tokens though. Maybe the futures are trading lower because of that uncertainty.

I think the short answer for now is No.
The legislation in Russia forbids drugs so I wouldn't really count on it.
Paragon will only operate in white or grey listed areas.
They can't operate in countries where it's illegal to use cannabis.
You shouldn´t be anxious about that.
Just wait some years than the black areas will be gone for shure.

That is quite a long shot. I really do not think that will be possible in the foreseeable future. Paragon will start with the low hanging fruit, the countries that already cannabis friendly.
Yes, they are not magicians or armed forces off cannabis. They can maybe turn 1-2 country is already thinking about it but somewhere like Russia would be difficult. I don't know what will happen in ten years but don't expect it

Also there are some other countries where I don't think this will happen too soon. But that's also not the point for Paragon as they aim more to get people together who work on cannabis related projects and legalize the medical support, as I understood.

Yes, Paragon came from a small project, to a successful one in its life, and now that the contract has been deployed, we could expect a huge market and an increase in the value of the token, hopefully after the forks, by December, we will see the price rising, and by the time the service is up and running ax10 or more profits for investors

Well, in the long term you should be able to get cannabis everywhere thanks to paragon work and other pro legaliation companies. But can you by directly from paragon to get some weed in russia : no.
I agree with you. I think in the short-term, they will work in which accept legally cannabis trade such as Canada, Netherland, Chile, Brazil,... After that, If this project succeeds, they could get cannabis in others countries.
