So when buying a few coins on the crowdsale, how do these end up in your own personal wallet? can you withdraw them somehow?
the coins should be sent automatically to the address you've contributed ETH from, once distribution begins. That's the way ICO's usually work
In this ICO there seem to be a couple of stept.
1. you deposit coins, bitcoin,litecoin,waves,ethereum etc.
2. you buy Paragoncoins with your deposit on the ICO page.
3. you see your paragoncoins you bought on the ICO page.

The smart contract is programmed to send the correct amount bought to the address that the investment come from, is easy to do and always have been made like that, the differences in other projects are in the distribution itself, some create the token when you buy it, other just wait a certain time before sending the pre-mined tokens, and other just send them manually using a list provided by the network. IN the case of paragon, it's the second one, they will wait for the ICO to finish to send the tokens back. I hope this helped

I have never seen a Cannabis themed project that offers a solid business plan and long term strategy other than PARAGON. That is why I believe in this project
