Just create one. Simple plain text file named "parallelcoin" with extension "conf".
The location of parallelcoin.conf depends on your operating system:

Last year was not good for me and I was out of crypto totally.
This is my comeback post, first here from October 31, 2016, 12:15:34 PM.
I will not promise anything here regarding DUO's development, but as you all see there is still support and the community will which is same on my side.
In coming period I will do my best to finish started plans with DUO. First of all to implement it on my services BitStickers, BitNodes, BitMade, AnonStickers. For now just BitStickers is fully functional (without DUO), but I am working on rest. Maybe less than month all will be ready. AnonStickers tonight probably.
Long story - short : DUO is not dead, I am back, DUO will thrive, watch closely !!!
