I probably hit the testnet too hard. But it's a good way to stress test it.

I did look through the source code and did see what I thought is anti too much HR at once prevention check.
I'm guessing that is the desired behavior.
FYI: Ryzen7 2700x (stock cooler modded. Took it apart and removed all the RGB stuffs

) and an older Xeon (Haswell-E). Spare Linux/Unix servers that are normally off.
Other than that it seems to be solid. I compiled from source.
