Could you please give step-wise info. to find/create the .conf file and add nodes?

write in notepad then save as type "All File" use file name "peepcoin.conf" to folder peepcoin

Enable viewing of hidden files and folders, and look in these folders:

C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\peepcoin\...

I could be wrong but I am assuming the free transfers are within the web wallet system, which seems to be separate to the block chain based client. There is definitely a fee when sending on the latter.

Also don't forget that until PoW ends at block 50000 miners will be rewarded 10k per block.

TBA probably means To Be Announced (not yet known)
