the only thing i get when soloing is "New block detected on network"....i am pointing 2.5MHs towards this thing...is this normal?

diff retargets every block, I have been watching it rising on cgminer from a few K to now 111K.

uhh... it is when the reward is doubled for the first 5 days..
Where does it say 2x rewards ?
