I've asked Yobit support, they said it is under maintenance (obvious).
Asked when it's back, but still no reply..

We're still working on things here. We might be bringing another developer on-board to help and speed things up.
Will be so nice. This coin should be supported by a lot of people. but now everyone wants just meme 1 trillion coin suply with ico.... eh..

See last post. I have no idea why YoBit has the wallet in Maintenance. Novaexchange wallet is working fine.

YoBit might be reindexing or moving the wallet... who knows.
Coin is working fine. Probably just some internal maintenance.

No there isn't a multipool for PlatinumBar. Since the mining rewards are low, not sure a multipool would add it. You can always write a multipool and ask them to add XPTX.

Have no idea what's up with YoBit. I don't even have an account there. Everything seems to be running fine with the coin.
