You are right! It is the only decentralized cloud gaming platform. BUT ... for the consumers, this doesn't matter at all. People just want a seamless experience and cheap prices. So in the end, Playkey is still competing with the other "non-blockchain" platforms.

The computers will not be mining coins.
You should check the Whitepaper, everything is explained in that paper what Playkey is trying to do and achieve.

I think that the success of this project will only rely on how the gamer's computers will handle mining the coin while playing if i get the idea right and how long it will take this project to achieve his goals , i think that this is a risky idea

I don't think Nvidia is their competitor. If Nvidia has some cloud gaming that I am not aware of then you are right but otherwise, Nvidia and playkey are not competitors. If playkey can be a success than all hardware developers get a big hit but it won't make they are competitors.

NVidia released a cloud gaming service a few weeks ago. And yes, there are several competitors. Just google cloud gaming service and you find several provider (that are also way cheaper)

that's it. it's easy enough to get the games on your platform , but if gamers don't have the best experience then the platform will suffer.

User experience is everything! They will decide if this project will be successful or not. Hopefully Playkey can provide what he promises.

And they need a really big audience especially for the miners. Would be great to see some big ones joining the project soon.

Well, I don't think Playkey is a bad product, but there are still a lot questions to answer. I am still curious to see, how well will everything work, when pc power from miners are used. It really depends on the quality of the gaming pcs and the internet connection of people. With that, the project can succeed or fail.
Besides that, I am still not convinced that Playkey will succeed, when the stick with their actual price plans. Similar services are a lot cheaper.

The ability to play AAA titles on obsolete/old/non-gaming (Mac) hardware (min. requirements: CPU >= 1.5 GHz (for Video Adapter with H.264 hardware decoding support));

I'm pretty sure most devices these days have the required hardware. CPU more than 1.5Ghz is really common.
Most smart tv's have dual or quad cores already..
