I don't know the main reason for the fall PPT price but I think BTC's price instability is playing a major role in the price dump.

Don't get ahead of yourself, maybe that campaign was not supposed to be part of the bounty, the blame should be on the bounty manager in my opinion, he did a not so good job conducting that bounty, especially in the areas of communication, he allowed hunters to do campaign on LinkedIn which they where not ready to pay for.
That does not mean the project is a scam, just a lack of proper information.

Yes, you are right but we don't see any active telegram group for this coin to get updates from this project. There are many coins going down without active progress from the team. In 2017, the price of PPT crossed more than 60$ and now it is at 0.68$ which seems to be the price of coin went down a lot.
Yep, they don't use telegram anymore but I think they are still active on their slack channel though getting an invitation for their slack is hard. So we are left with just TW to get updates on the project. IMO they not making enough attempt to connect with the community.
Yes, they should connect with the community otherwise, it is impossible for us to get more awareness about the project and how they are implementing.. Team members should be very active otherwise, most of the community will lose faith in this coin.

Agreed there is no working parameter at this stage when the whole market is under big pressure and everyone is afraid to buy more. I also hope this project will get chance to find the way to get back on the track it has good team who know how to play their cards on the time.
Volume was not affected a lot, what significant change for this coin is the price it self, it used to hold at least 1 usd, now it's down to $.65 already.
I'm afraid this dump will continue if they will not do anything to stop the dumping.

They still have no competition in the blockchain market so if they can pull off some huge partnership that could give us populous a great boost but for now, they seem to be moving at a snail's pace.
Yes, we are not seeing any major updates about this project recently and this makes the volume of this coin kept decreasing in the market. Even i don't see much about the team talking about the project and development strategy in order to attract more customers for this project.
