More activity here and on discord is so much welcome. Dev is working on new features, and its hard to add bounty/airdrop since no premine, but  communication is a key!

With low volume, price is  so much  vulnerable. Someone already used Nicehash just to harm this coin mining  it then leaving  for  long  time on hard diff.

As for me coinsmarkets.com is much more comfortable exchange than both we have now, if listing wont cost too much - will be good to see masari there

coinsmarkets.com does not support cryptonote.

When will it be listed on cryptopia?

It currently costs around 4 BTC to get listed on Cryptopia. This project did not have an ICO or a pre-mine, and these kind of funds would need to be crowd funded.

The Masari project hasn't crowd funded anything so far and does not plan to for the foreseeable future, nor do we endorse any unofficial crowd funding.

For the time being, these exchanges are available:
https://stocks.exchange/trade/MSR/BTC
https://www.southxchange.com/Market/Book/MSR/BTC

Together, they as a whole boast more than $100k in daily trading volume which for liquidity is sufficient available traffic at this current time.

Further developing the technology at hand is currently the highest priority, and will over time have exchanges like Poloniex list us based on differentiating features provided (and subsequently profit off of exchange fees) rather than how much BTC we're giving them for integration.

So are you completely funding yourself? I mean not that I dislike your attitude, but even developers need to eat and pay their rent Wink

Yes I am completely funding myself lol while I can't afford expensive listings for HitBTC and Cryptopia, I have other means to generate income, so no worries!

Yeah I totally understand that. The listings are crazily expensive especially for low volume exchanges like Cryptopia.

I don't know why people say this is a fucking shit coin here, that bla bla bla.
If you don't want this coins, just turn around and get bitcoins or whatsoever and let other people do what they want to do.

Another scam coin that does nothing original.

Masari project wasn't even clever enough to start wallet addresses with the name of the coin like Sumo or Karb did.  Pathetic.  5?  Why 5?

This question shows how mentally retarded you are.

Another scam coin that does nothing original.

Such a blithe assertion with no evident/discernible action-point... While there is some mimicry of and bastard-stepchild-status from Monero, it would seem there is a slightly different approach and parameters to this coin (not dissimilar to Sumokoin's project).

Which coins then -- among the multitude -- are the next big thing or are doing something innovative or useful?  Please be specific.  Otherwise, people are better fit to judge what is valuable to them based on their own perspective.

@bigbong1589

Monero and its team, to the best of my knowledge, currently dominates the anonymity space, but there is room for improvement with respect to blockchain scalability. For example, given some considerations coming from the CryptoNote protocol, it's why Monero went back from 1 minute to 2 minute blocks.

There are many blockchain whitepapers out there that have scalability in mind, and a few are great candidates for implementation into the Masari project. In time, since I have my own ideas in this regard, we also hope to contribute our own scalability research in this space.

As this project grows, this scalability initiative will help for mass adoption of cryptocurrency, and only time (+ a pending roadmap) can tell how Masari will contribute!

Thanks you for being so informative it helps a lot!

Last block about an hour ago. Network sabotage?) Or, maybe, pool problem?

Last block now 1.5h ago. That's why the botnet for hire called nicehash should be banned whenever possible. Someone used it to drive up the difficulty and then abruptly quit mining.

Edit: As I typed this message the pool at masari.superpools.net found a new block (56970). And another one (56971). Strange to say the difficulty still gets adjusted up, which makes no sense.
