Wow, it will be a fair launch. Pre-ann and pre-bounty, I have not seen this for a long time.
It is necessary to slightly reduce the proportion of developers rewards from each block, then everything would be perfect. Where will the funds for the bounty company come from? Will them from budget fund?

Excellent! Pretty constructive opinion! You clearly described your thought.

Could you make a comparison chart against other privacy coins? Or do you have a white paper?

We don’t have a whitepaper yet, there’s some info regarding our tech on our website though: https://veil-project.com/technology/

We could do some comparison charts probably. hard to do them unbiased though.

Thanks for that. Well maybe i need to dig deep in my own then and do some unbiased comparison Smiley. Merry Christmas.

Hello there.
When do you plan to launch a test network?

Testnet is already up and being tested by the team and people who want to compile binaries themselves. Once binaries for the major OS's are available (hopefully very soon) we will be letting everyone know publicly so that they can easily join in and contribute with testing and reviewing the wallet and network features.

Will you delay it again?
I believe the reason for those delays were due to miners software right? and how about it right now? any progress about that problem?
been waiting for this project for a month.

Mining tools have not been readily for both NVIDIA and AMD cards.
Therefore, the team decided to delay the launch because they want to keep promise on fair launch.

You can always launch the project with only a CPU miner and after you can develop the GPU miners or someone from the community can develop the GPU mining tools.

Anyway the project looks good and I am waiting the launch to throw some hash in to it.

Best regards!

Do you plan exchanges on large exchanges? Do you have a plan for additions?

We do want to get listed on large exchanges and are actively pursuing getting listed on exchanges. But because of NDA we can't say much more beyond that.

If anyone has suggestions on exchanges we should reach out to, we are always interested to discuss Smiley.

The startup has great prospects. We are required to wait a few months. The project itself realizes!

Lol, 50% budget, labs, bla-bla-bla, aka "premine, but we just take it later".

Let's pretend what you've boiled it down to here was accurate. Avoiding a premine alone would greatly benefit the health of the currency by avoiding a swathe of the coin supply being staked from day one. That's already a big difference.

We have asked nothing from anyone externally. If you choose to mine or stake is completely up to you, and the chain will reward that. If you choose to contribute otherwise, the bounty system will reward that. That freedom to develop the product, and as a result, price, is what we're aiming for. But it costs money, and that expenditure benefits not just the team, but everyone.

If you think a premine or an ico is a more reasonable way to start a project you're welcome to that opinion, but try to remember that we as a team have already put our money and time where our mouths are throughout developing this project over many long months. As things stand, it's considerable insurance for you, the users, that we're not going to exit-scam on raised ico funds, or dump a premine and move on. I hope you might come to appreciate that in time.

I don't know that this reply will change your mind, but all the same thanks for your feedback—we appreciate it. Keep your eyes peeled for more on the budget and other info in the near future.
Cheers
