My understanding is that we make a loan, the loan contract will write in block chain, so both sides can't be tampered with, feel great, this is the project I am looking for, happy to join the team

yeah, I think this is the basic idea behind lendsbay but I believe there still more than just lending money and writing the transaction to the blockchain, I believe they are offering more features.

It’s the basic core concept though which is important it’s an interesting way to have a public record of transactions like this I’d imagine something like this is what the entire future lending network will look for as the world moves towards decentralization

250k softcap at the pre-ico sounds very good for me. But a softcap of 10mio for the whole ICO? don't you think that's a little bit high?
and how high is the hardcap?

I read the whitepaper. There is a table there with amount of tokens being sold during every stage of ICO and price for a token. Here are my calculations:

Pre-ICO:
860 000 * $0.25 (presale) +
780 000 * $0.27 (week 1) +
740 000 * $0.29 (week 2) +
700 000 * $0.31 (week 3) +
670 000 * $0.32 (week 4) +
640 000 * $0.33 (week 5) +
610 000 * $0.35 (week 6) = $1 496 300

ICO:
27 000 000 * $0.37 (stage 1) +
23 000 000 * $0.43 (stage 2) +
20 000 000 * $0.50 (stage 3) = $9 990 000 + $9 890 000 + $10 000 000 = $119 770 000.

So the full token supply is $121 266 300. Can we call this the hardcap?

Thanks for this nice setup, that's an interesting calculation. wow, really big numbers
Yes, I would say that you can call that the hardcap. And this is really high set.
While I wish them to reach it, I honestly think that's impossible. Especially in the current market

As they have written nowhere in the whitepaper about hardcap I think they don't limit themselves with any amount of money and create this amount of tokens with a margin, as they say. So the main money limit here is the softcap, after reaching it the project is safe and can be developed further.

Your website is doing very well, and your route map is very clear. I want to know what your security mechanism about lending is. Is there any spare money to prevent the unknown

owing to the scope of their project we could say that they have such an high target, i don't think it's really a concern since there is a money back policy when they don't reach their target, i really would expect them to cos they deal with an important industry as loan services

That is one of the things I respected with their strategy. They are locking the ETH until the soft cap is sufficed. The cap set does not look a hard target and it can be achieved.

Thanks for this details. What a great summary of pre ICO & ICO. Price will increase on every week till 6th week and same in ICO also till stage 3. What is the minimum investment in pre ICO and ICO?

I am bit confused here, On their homepage, they mentioned Current price  0.27$ (-45%). So I understand the price is 0.27$ but in bracket what is the meaning of -45% ?

I think in brackets is the current Bonus of 45%. The token price is 0.27$. Otherwise it makes no sense. I thought the Pre—ICO starts later today. A bonus of 45% is still good.

Exactly. That's the meaning. You get 45% bonus of what you purchased. That's just 5% short of half your purchases. That's really nice I must say unlike some projects who give ridiculously  up to 80%.

I believe project that offers 80% or more are really not solving a serious problem so in effect they are giving more bonus to attract investors but this guys have a great concept so 45% is a clear indication
I guess you all people still never observed that properly. This is not a 45%, it is -45%. I think you all missed minus symbol before 45%. So that's I am asking here.

Hopefully I didn't miss much and thankfully I came across this post... 45% is still huge and a good deal also owing to the impact of the project as well

I thought this confusion will come in seeing the site. It's 45% discount. As far as I understand, the ico price of the token is 0.5 USD. If you but it today, then it will be 0.27 USD.

I think that is the case; I think it is normal given they have not hit their softcap yet. It would be a lot if the softcap is sufficed. So yes I think it is a good bonus and incentive at this stage.

I don't see why offering a large bonus for early adopters or investors means that it's not a 'serious' project. 45% is still a substantial bonus and there is far more in my opinion that makes a project bad except the bonus they give.  For example if someone cloned ETH, and only offered a 10% bonus, does that mean it's a 'serious' project?

That's a load of rubbish, how does bonus amounts make it a serious project or not? you get the opportunity of a high token bonus sale due to the early support you are giving to the project

Not necessarily some just want their tokens to be in the hands of many investors and also want to quickly create volume once they get on exchange but the bad side is that the price of the token suffers.
