Yesterday in the Telegram group there was an AMA with the founders of the company. Obviously I cannot post it here, but I suggest everyone to go to the group and check out the discussion: https://t.me/wabi_ico

The new updated roadmap seems realistic and feasible. I especially like the impending addition of PoS devices in Beijing, which is scheduled for the end of this quarter.
If anyone wants to have a more detailed looks, it is here: https://medium.com/@Taelpay/tael-techrock-2019-roadmap-21f03a68b89c

This PoS is a Point of sales System ? Is there a kind of credit card needed to use it?
According to Alex from Tael: "No credit card needed. People use mobile to pay in China (alipay and wechat pay mostly)".

Of course wechat is very popular in china for such things. It is enough to scan the code and pay for it. Very convenient for both users and small businesses. You can not buy expensive equipment from visa or mastercard but only put a sheet with a scan of the wallet where the transfer will be.

With a Smartphone you can buy and sell everywhere, without any POS-terminal needed. I like it !

This is a very interesting AMA with the Wouter, a member of the team who is the communications manager for Tael and has been working for them for over a year:

It seems this topic is mostly silent, which is a shame. I have high hopes for Tael and their product. If anyone is interested, they published a new article on Medium relating to demand and supply: https://medium.com/@Taelpay/our-ecosystem-detailed-demand-supply-99e7ba078688

There is a new article on Medium delving into the Tael ecosystem, explaining how the different actors in it interact with one another: https://medium.com/@Taelpay/our-ecosystem-detailed-actors-in-the-ecosystem-ac149f1f23d3?source=user_profile---------2------------------

The next one delves into masternodes, which I am very interested in. Does anyone here own a masternode by any chance?

Another important announcement of collaboration and partnership between Techrock and PCA Express Ltd.
With this report, the Australian courier, which among other things includes customers like Alibaba, Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths, etc., using the Techrock blockchain will offer all its customers the technology, traceability and professionalism of the Tael team, opening a new corridor between Australia, New Zealand, China and the whole of Asia / Pacific.

As usual, WABI is making all the right partnerships, dilligently working and opening up the world as their playing field. Wish the markets noticed this. I plan to do a write up about them on Twitter.

In this article, a very detailed and detailed look at explaining how Tael and Techrock each play their part in the ecosystem, and how sales in the real world and partnerships have an impact on token holders.

https://medium.com/@Taelpay/our-ecosystem-detailed-business-model-5e3ddcbbe57
An extremely informative and well written article. The most tantalizing is the option to earn tokens by scanning merchandise, and then using them for discounts. I would love to have something like this at home, even though counterfeit products are not a big issue here, at least not food.

WaBi becomes Tael | Walimai becomes Techrock
Meet the new us. (TL;DR at the bottom of this article)

The new redesign is awesome, and it seems the team is making right moves as usual. Shame that the ticker will stay the same.

I cannot believe han no one has commented on this thread for so long. Surely someone notied that a rebranding of Wabi is underway. I really like the glimpses I have seen from the social media sites, especially the way they are conducting their promotion. I hope the new names will be something more western, as I think the current name is a bit too locally oriented, and Wabi's scope is international.

Agreed with you this thread has no activity as comapre with its potential and hard work of the team. I think they should appoint someone as community manager which could help to boost the confidence of new investors when all people will get updates on time.
