All the pre-requisites of a investment with good returns Prime-ex has them all. the buy back is appealing as well. And I do not see a single other crypto in real estate doing that.

Prime-EX is also a block chain in the real estate field, and I've heard about several real estate related coins. This is a mature sunset industry, I don't think there are too many opportunities, and the competition is very fierce.

Hey everyone, Been doing alot more reading on Prime-ex now that the ICO is complete. I wanted to know if anyone or the Devs know when would the token be listed on exchanges roughly? Would it be this year?

I'm sure many people from all over the world probably participate in this ICO. Panama is such an appealing place all by itself. To have a investment there in property and cryptocurrency is well worth it.

You were planning to use DEX platform to exchange for a while. But now you can not use DEX because you issued ERC20 tokens.
When do you plan to apply for exchanges? You can start from some known small exchanges maybe such as liqui or cryptopia.

Etherdelta is not the best for trading. It is hard to use and not user friendly at all. That is why there is never enough volume in etherdelta. It would be great if it wass listed in some exchanges. A small exchange for the beginning is okay.

Your tokens will begin to be distributed immediately upon receipt of your public address. Be sure your public address is correct! PANAMA CITY, PANAMA — Panama real estate developer and homebuilder Prime-Ex Perpetual has announced a switch in their token platform from Waves to ERC20, an Ethereum-based token platform. The PEX-Token will now carry the token symbol PEXT and will be indexed and searchable on the Ethereum blockchain.
In announcing the switch, John Gilbert, Prime-Ex Perpetual CEO, commented, “Since before the pre-ICO we’ve had people who believe in and support our project to encourage us to consider switching to an ERC20 token because of increased possibilities to list our token on multiple exchanges. We’ve come to believe that for us, in this moment in time, this is the best move for our company and our token holders so that our PEX-Token reaches the most people possible.”
Prime-Ex Perpetual recently completed their ICO, achieving token sales of over 10,000,000 PEX-Tokens. The switch from Waves to ERC20 is occuring before their planned token distribution, which Gilbert says will occur sometime in the next week. “Since our token distribution has yet to occur, the switch at this time will impact our community in the least possible way while providing the opportunity for the token to trade on multiple exchanges for greater visibility and opportunity to trade for our token holders.”

You should have got a mail when you took the bounty stating "People who are expecting PEX-Token distribution will need to supply us their MyEtherWallet public wallet address at [email protected] along with...", so yes, same procedure for all people who expect PEX tokens regardless if you took bounty or ICO.
edit: It works very fast - i got PEXT a minute after i send mail
