Didn't read the whole thread but is there plans for World Wide adoption or are they focusing mainly on Panama?
Focused on Panama, but there are so many benefits, because in order for you to live in Panama you will need to rent housing and the Prime-Ex project has found a very correct approach to this problem.It focused on a specific location... Panama beaches and highlands. Focusing in an area is much better to prepare a specific roadmap and plan for midterm. Especially an area like Panama that so many people want to live in.
This is correct at least for the reason that they do not promise a huge result and an entire network around the world. It is much wiser to choose a certain region for the implementation of your project. And if everything goes well, nothing will prevent the scaling. And yes, in Panama, many would like to live.

It is a great success for a real estate project to collect 7.5 million usd in crowdsale. Nobody cares about real estate projects nowadays. I hope they will be able to make the things they promised in their roadmap.

So, I read the whitepaper a few times. Here's the thing. It's really hard for expats in Panama to buy a house, because banks won't finance them easily. So, Prime-Ex will build houses and fiance them to expats - Their financial tool is called "Revolution Loan" and is tailored to expats. Better yet, if the expat has to move back to the country, Prime-Ex offers a buy back. Very well thought.

Almost every space I have seen, could use a Blockchain, question is how many people will grasp on to the idea. Now real estate is a space that I know for a fact that will benefit from #Blockchain.
