+1 At the moment there is already one project in progress and the second one at the stage of fund raising. all 3 have great similarities

I think that the certificates here will not be the main factor for the selection of an expert. An important factor is a qualification test.Who will create this qualification test test? This is difficult if we take into account the specifics of narrowly focused spheres.
