We meant all bounty participants. At the beginning of our message we've addressed to all of you, right? So why should we speak only with some of the participants?
Do you have some funds in escrow in case ICO fails, how will you pay investors their interest for the time loss and users for their bounty rewards? I saw a lot of failed ICO's last month. They either ran away with funds, give zero value tokens or no tokens at all. I'd like to learn about your instance on this.
I understand your point. And we need to take into account SEC's recent decision made in relations of all digital assets, mainly DAO tokens. Propy token is not securities and we'll be successful to prove that, we have such abilities. We are sure of our product and project. Answering directly your question regarding escrow - yes, there is an escrow for our token sale, and if we do not meet our minimum raise of $500,000, all token purchases will be refunded.
Please create your personal account beforehand. As we know that crowdsale will start most probably on August, 10th (15th) and will last for about 1 month. So you need to create it before September, 10th-15th. The earlier you make it, the more prepared you will be!

all the people who is participate the bounty need create their own account to receive bounty .
that is why they don't ask you submit your eth address when you fill the apply form
