Also, he supported our idea of democratizing and "Uberizing" broker services to make commissions flexible in long-term plans. As Uber drivers don't need taxi license anymore, brokers won't need a license in the future. Their main expertise and responsibility will be narrowed to the knowledge of their neighborhoods and not all the purchase process and legal sides. The technical and legal aspects will be processed by smart contracts. This is the real revolution for brokerages. It will allow them to execute more deals without spending time on closing transactions.
